rConfig Expands European Presence with ADAPTERA Partnership in Greece

rConfig has announced a partnership with ADAPTERA, its authorised partner in the Greek market, delivering implementation, integration, optimisation, and ongoing support to enterprises and managed service providers across Greece.

rConfig has announced a partnership with ADAPTERA, strengthening the company's European growth strategy and establishing a dedicated presence in Greece.

Under the agreement, ADAPTERA will act as rConfig's authorised partner in the Greek market, delivering implementation, integration, optimisation, and ongoing support services to enterprises and managed service providers.

The partnership comes as organisations increasingly seek modern, scalable, and secure network configuration management solutions capable of supporting more complex and distributed infrastructure environments. Together, rConfig and ADAPTERA aim to help organisations across Greece improve automation and compliance, as well as operational resilience more broadly.

The collaboration will focus on enabling enterprises and MSPs to move away from traditional reactive network management approaches towards more proactive and insight-driven operations. This includes support for automated configuration management systems, network compliance monitoring, and emerging AI-assisted network analysis capabilities.

Stefanos Anastasiou, Managing Partner at ADAPTERA, commented:

"Partnering with rConfig represents a significant step forward in how we support our customers' network operations. The platform's open architecture, scalability, and forward-looking approach to automation and AI align closely with our mission to deliver resilient, future-ready infrastructure solutions to the Greek market."

Louise Hartnett, Chief Operating Officer at rConfig, added:

"We're seeing a fundamental shift in the network management market. While parts of the industry continue to consolidate, customers are actively looking for more open, flexible, and scalable alternatives. rConfig has grown over 100% year-on-year as a result of that shift, driven by demand from organisations that see the network as a critical foundation for security, operations, and increasingly, AI-driven capabilities.

Our partnership with ADAPTERA ensures that customers in Greece can access that innovation locally, with the expertise needed to deliver it at enterprise scale."

As network environments become increasingly complex and business-critical, organisations are placing greater emphasis on real-time operational visibility and continuous compliance across distributed infrastructure, with faster response times also in focus. The partnership is designed to support enterprises, MSPs, and critical infrastructure operators in Greece with the tools and local expertise needed to modernise network operations at scale.

The agreement also reflects a broader industry shift away from legacy, monolithic management platforms towards more flexible, vendor-agnostic solutions capable of adapting to evolving operational, security, and AI demands.

By combining rConfig's platform with ADAPTERA's regional expertise in consulting and managed services, the two companies aim to deliver a modern approach to network operations for organisations across Greece, helping customers build more secure and future-ready infrastructure.
